I was disappointed to find that the amenities were lacking for a supposed four-star hotel. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, which disturbed sleep for my family. Additionally, the staff seemed unprepared when we needed assistance with basic tools to fix our broken suitcase lock.

The room in the Deluxe Queen Room offered great comfort and nice decor. However, noise from the club nearby made it hard to sleep.

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of my Deluxe Triple Room, where the comfortable beds invited relaxation after a day of exploration. The convenience of nearby boutiques, cafes, and a large mall made it easy to immerse myself in local culture. Plus, the mornings were delightful with a good breakfast available for just a little extra, which kick-started my day perfectly!

my stay at voyager was fantastic! i had previously visited the city, but this time exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and the live music during dinner was a highlight for me.

despite the supposed luxury, try not to get too excited about the view—it's just a wall, and the hot water didn’t quite heat up either. also, having to fumble for cash after a 17-hour flight woudl ve been absurd if I hadn’t expected to be treated like royalty. almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and within walking distance to a large mall, making it easy to explore local shops. The staff provided excellent assistance with transport options and adapted services for guests with disabilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The elevator access was somewhat slow at peak times, which could be challenging for guests needing quick mobility.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious Deluxe Quadruple Room with stunning ocean views. The location was perfect for beach access, and the friendly staff even prepared our room quickly so we could enjoy breakfast upon arrival. Plus, bike hire was available for some family fun!

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

I stayed in the King Room with Sea View, and the space was super comfy! The room was a good size and had a nice view of the ocean. Plus, the location was perfect for easy beach access. I also loved that the staff were really helpful, even prepping our room quickly so we could enjoy breakfast right when we arrived. No complaints about comfort or the vibe!
